By accessing or using AllMyChats, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

To use our service, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction)
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You MUST NOT:

• Upload malicious, harmful, or illegal content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our source code

We strive to provide reliable service, but please note:

• The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Scheduled maintenance may occur with advance notice
• Features may change or be discontinued over time
• AI availability depends on third-party providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
• We are not responsible for data loss due to service interruptions

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• AllMyChats shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months
• We are not liable for data loss, unauthorized access, or service interruptions
• We are not responsible for the actions of third-party services (AI providers, payment processors)

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account:

• If you violate these Terms of Service
• If you engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• If you abuse the service or harm other users
• If your account is inactive for an extended period (6+ months)
• At our sole discretion, with or without cause

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved as follows:

• Informal Resolution: You agree to contact us first to resolve any disputes informally
• Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration
• Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class actions
• Jurisdiction: Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of India

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
